Booking, Pricing & Payment

All bookings must be made through our website or authorized agents.
A deposit (as specified during the booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
Full payment must be made by the due date provided in your booking confirmation.
Payment methods include [credit card, debit card, UPI & bank transfer.

Prices are quoted in [₹] and are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, changes in supplier rates, or government taxes.

Any increase in the cost of travel services will be passed on to the Client, even after booking.

The Company acts as an agent for third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from any act or omission of these suppliers.
The Company is not responsible for any additional costs due to weather, political unrest, or natural disasters.
The Company is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, terrorism, pandemics, or government regulations.

Clients must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who causes disruption or violates local laws.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Rajasthan
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh.
